Pilgrims arriving on Makkah-Umrah visas will have to pay a hefty fine if they do not return after the expiration date, the passport department said. The Umrah company will have to pay a fine of 25,000 riyals for each pilgrim. A total of 208 Umrah companies were fined for violating the law following an investigation into 240 Umrah companies. Capt.
