Large warehouse type supermarket “CostcoHas been decided to open a store in Ogori City, Fukuoka Prefecture, and a location agreement has been signed. This is the third store in Fukuoka prefecture.
In November 2021, Costco requested cooperation, and a location agreement was signed on March 17, 2022.
A large, warehouse-type super costco wholesaler headquartered in Seattle, USA, will open in Ogori City. This is the first store in the Chikugo area!
The Ogori Warehouse Store will be built on the west side of the Oita Expressway Chikugo-Ogori Interchange (Kamiiwata, Ogori City).
It is scheduled to open in 2024 at the earliest.
The sales floor area is regarding 10,000 square meters. A gas station will be added to the parking lot for 900 cars.
