Andy’s image experienced sexual harassment and abuse. The perpetrator grabbed a vital area on his body and then hit him.
The incident occurred at a cafe in Medan City, North Sumatra, Sunday (13/3/2022) early in the morning. At that time, Citra Andy was invited by Olla Ramlan’s husband, Aufar Hutapea, to hang out at KUHI Resto.

Aufar Hutapea then left Citra Andy with his friends. Andy’s image was teased by one of the men.
“NEXT I WAS LEFT WITH AUFAR’S OTHER FRIENDS AND KUHI’S CAFE SERVICES ABOVE. THEN AUFAR’S FRIENDS THAT I DON’T KNOW MEET ME AND SAY ‘ASK FOR YOUR PHONE NUMBER DEK’ I replied ‘nothing’ then the perpetrator said, ‘Adja’ lah’ I also do not give, “said Citra Andy.
Aufar Hutapea’s friend was upset because he didn’t get what he wanted. He finally abused and harassed Citra Andy.
“Furthermore, AUFAR’S FRIEND HOLDED MY BREAST IN THE CENTRAL PART AND WAS WATCHED BY OTHER FRIENDS AND THE CAFE SERVANT ALSO SEE AND MY FRIEND AUFAR ALSO WAS BACK AND SEEING THAT TIME,” said CitraB Andy.
Aufar Hutapea, who knew regarding the incident, was silent. He doesn’t help Citra Andy who gets unfair treatment.
“FURTHER WHEN THE EVENT OF THE MASSAGE AND HARASSMENT WAS EVEN, MY FRIEND AUFAR JUST WAS SILENT AND LET ME BE persecuted and harassed,” said Citra Andy.
Citra Andy did not accept and reported the incident to the police. Reports are submitted to the Medan Polrestabes with the number: STTLP/822/III/2022/SPKT Medan Polrestabes/North Sumatra Police.
