Morocco’s ambassador to Poland, Abderrahim Atmoun, is continuing his contacts with the country’s businessmen to encourage them to invest in the Kingdom. In this context, he visited on Monday March 14, 2022, in Ochmanov (south of Warsaw), the headquarters of the Oknoplast group, one of the European leaders in the manufacture of PVC windows and doors. The objective, to present the investment opportunities in Morocco. Result, signing of a memorandum formalizing Ochmanov’s desire to invest in the southern provinces. A delegation from this large Polish company will soon visit Morocco.
Mr. Atmoun presented to a delegation of the company led by its CEO, Mikolaj Placek, the advantages of the Kingdom in terms of investment and business opportunities in this sector, particularly in the southern provinces which have many assets.
Present in 16 countries and in Poland, Oknoplast employs 300 people and exports 75% of its production abroad. The CEO of the company, Mr. Placek expressed his readiness to study the various investment opportunities in the Kingdom, especially since Morocco enjoys institutional and political stability and is experiencing remarkable economic growth thanks to bold reforms. initiated by HM King Mohammed VI.
Already a few weeks ago, a delegation of Polish businessmen visited Morocco, mainly in the southern provinces, on the initiative of Mr. Atmoun and investment projects are underway.
