The video showed Rahaf Al-Qahtani and her features had completely changed, especially following she underwent plastic surgery in her nose, to make her look different.
Rahaf Al-Qahtani had posted a video following she underwent a rhinoplasty to correct the previous filler injection, expressing her happiness with the shape of her new nose.
