A sharp attack on Asala .. Did she offend the State of Palestine?

The artist, Asala, was subjected to harsh criticism and a sharp attack from her followers on social networking sites in the Arab world in general and in Palestine in particular, due to her placing an admiration mark on a tweet on Twitter.

And the crisis began when Asala expressed her admiration for an offensive tweet to the State of Palestine, in which he said: “I went into it, Putin, as long as the Palestinians stand with you, the Palestinians have not stood with a state without losing it.”

Asala confirmed that she did not read the entire publication before she did this, and that she never intended to do so, but some commented that this error is unforgivable, especially since her two sons are from her ex-husband of Palestinian origin, and therefore she should be one of the most supportive artists for the Palestinian cause.

Asala tried to fix the matter, and apologized to her fans through a tweet on Twitter, in which she said: “Sometimes I like quickly without knowing the content of the tweet, and this is not considered a justification for what I did, but I will not repeat it once more.”

Some of Asala’s followers believed that this was an unintended mistake and that she did not intentionally offend the Palestinian people, whom she defended on many occasions and presented them with patriotic songs.

This was not the first time that Asala was exposed to such an embarrassing situation because of her haste, as the artist Ramy Sabry had previously published a number of photos of his new song “With Myself” through his account on “Instagram”, and commented: “Tomorrow is a song with myself” … Asala hastened In congratulating Ramy Sabry on his song before it was released, she did not read the content of the publication well, and wrote to him: “The song is crazy,” so the latter replied: “It is not your home, my love.”
