Ángel “Cachete” Lozano Azuaje agreed to testify at the beginning of the trial, but said not knowing all the facts of which he is accused. In addition to Lozano Azuaje, the other three accused of having directly participated in the crime scene are Luis José Lozano León, Aly José Ramos Ladera and Carlos José Manzo Tortolero.

The remaining accused are accused of integrating, together with the four accused of the homicide, a “illicit association” who was dedicated to assaulting people who arrived in the country at the Ezeiza airport. In addition, they attribute to them having committed seven other “aggravated robberies” in hotels and other places in the Federal Capital from November 12 of that year and until the day before the crime.
