Gerardo Rozin He has talked regarding his family on several occasions throughout his extensive television career, but there were few regarding the relationship he had with his beloved mother Perla and when he did, it was pure emotion. That occasion took place in the last program of Thanks for coming, thanks for beingin the year 2014, when his friend, Reynaldo Sietecase, interviewed him for seven minutes and asked him if he cared more regarding the world left for his children or the children he leaves behind for the world.
“The children I leave for the world will always be fine, even if it sounds very proud,” said the journalist in the first instance. “I hit it with the mothers,” added Rozín, alluding to Mariana Basualdo and Carmela Barbaro. When Sietecase joked that “her mothers did not hit her with him”, the driver said yes with a laugh.
“I leave children who were loved. Always, they have mothers who love them and a very dedicated father. I am going to leave the world with two children with love and ideas. In the houses through which they circulate, you can circulate calmly, because there are good values, ”said Gerardo.
Rozín also talked regarding her mother, and almost breaking down when she saw an image with her mother revealed that what she missed the most regarding her was hearing her voice. “What do you see in that photo?” Reynaldo wanted to know. “That photo says that I was always a fan of the series ER (Emergencies)that photo says that sometimes I’m married and That photo hugs me my mom, and that she was alive, that’s what the photo says “He answered almost crying.
“What do you miss most regarding that photo?” asked Sietecase. “Really? The voice… I hate not remembering the voice. If it’s a party, I tell you the varenikes because nobody is going to cook them like her, but if you ask me seriously it is the voice. I never published a note, when I worked with you in Rosario 12, with a signature without my mother having anything to comment on and I never left a television program because she told me that I was the best in the world and that she had never seen anything like it , and I had to get used to it…”, Rozín recalled very excited.
“He was right in things that I argued with him, that hurts me. But a lot of the things that I had to learn was living without that voice,” she continued. “She had a significant level of insanity, but she had it contained. When Pedro, his first grandson, appeared, all that madness was disguised, for example, and it seems crazy to me that he doesn’t remember it. She was a princess, Batman, Spider-Man … it kills me to know that he doesn’t remember her that much, because she was a great grandmother, ”said the driver at the time.
Gerardo Rozín passed away last Friday at the age of 51 in his house in Núñez surrounded by his relatives, his partner Eugenia Quibel and their children Pedro and Elena.
