News 24 | Health clarifies the most prominent symptoms of dehydration and how to prevent it

The Ministry of Health has clarified some of the symptoms and causes of dehydration, and how to prevent it by following some simple instructions.

The ministry indicated that dehydration is a lack of drinking water that can cause fever, excessive sweating, vomiting, diarrhea and excessive urination, explaining that its symptoms include sneezing, feeling tired, dry mouth, lips and eyes, dark yellow urine, strong smell and little urination.

She noted that dehydration can be prevented by drinking enough water daily and when feeling symptoms, as well as eating water-rich foods such as fruits and vegetables.
