Bethesda sent “Skyrim’s grandmother” a mountain of gifts – a gamer suffered a stroke and lost her memories of the game | Games

Bethesda gave streamer Shirley Curry, aka “Skyrim Granny”, a box of souvenirs The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. She unpacked on YouTube.

An 85-year-old streamer lost her memories of playing the title following suffering a stroke. Bethesda employees supported Curry: for example, a girl named Jessica put a handwritten letter in the box, wishing Skyrim’s grandmother good health. In addition, figurines, branded items (socks, a scarf and a kitchen apron), a vinyl record and other souvenirs were found in the package.

The streamer herself noted that she would start playing Skyrim once more as soon as her health was restored, and asked not to worry regarding her too much. “Even if the memories of Skyrim do not return, it does not matter, I will learn how to play once more,” she assured.

Shirley Curry’s YouTube channel has over 991,000 subscribers. Formerly Bethesda sent her a bouquet of flowers.
