Losing 7 kg in one month… Ex-Athlete Reveals All-Time Body Profile Course (Video)

Ex-Rhythmic Gymnastics national team member Shin Su-ji revealed the behind-the-scenes of her body profile shoot.

On the 11th, Shin Su-ji posted a video on her YouTube channel, ‘God Suzy’, titled, ‘Shin Su-ji’s body profile shooting site, which lost 7 kg in one month,’ was posted.

In the released video, Shin Su-ji, a former rhythmic gymnast, took a picture of her body profile.

He said, “It was long and difficult, but it came three days ago. I am so happy. I am spending my time thinking happily regarding what to eat following every day.” He said, “I thought it would be good if there was a big difference between before and following, so I purposely gained weight. I started with 54 kg, but now I entered 48 kg. I did not miss a single day of exercise. I only lost body fat while maintaining muscle mass.”

According to the InBody figure revealed by Shin Su-ji, his body fat decreased by 3 kg, and his body fat percentage also decreased from 19.5% to 4.7%, down to 14.8%.

On the day of filming, Shin Su-ji said, “I didn’t have as much of a six pack as I did when I was a player, but I wanted to get my abs back, so I did 500 abs workouts every day at home, even outside of exercise. I want to take a pretty picture,” he said regarding the concept.

He continued, “The most difficult thing was waxing in the neighborhood 4 days ago, and while walking, my legs loosened and I collapsed and mightn’t walk. I almost died. It’s 5 to 10 minutes away, but it took regarding 30 minutes. Exercise in a situation where you hardly eat. I think it was like going in hard.”

He added, “The reason I succeeded in dieting is because of my pride. I wanted to show more than what I usually say. Compared to my days in Taereung (national team), I thought that this kind of exercise was nothing.”

Meanwhile, Shin Su-ji won the silver medal at the 2006 Asian Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships. He competed in the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where he achieved the best performance in the history of rhythmic gymnastics in Korea. However, an injury ended his playing career at a relatively early age.

After that, he passed the professional bowler selection in 2014 and became a professional bowler. He is currently working as a commentator for rhythmic gymnastics, appearing on several TV shows.
