Its terroir belongs to the IGP “Les Collines de la Moure”, between Montpellier and Mèze.

“Lo morrau”, in Occitan, names the old shore of the Mediterranean bordered by gently sloping hills. The 30 communes of this IGP produce wines from Mediterranean grape varieties planted on terraces and sandy marls, which are fresh and colorful with touches of mixed fruit.

The tasting

This cuvée comes from two plots with a total area of ​​1.6 ha. It is 100% Syrah. The vines are worked under an organic convention which is in its 3rd year. The harvest is manual. Destemming and placing in concrete vats are carried out by simple gravity.

The dress is dark, with purple undertones.
The nose is expressive with aromas of zan, graphite and blackberry cream.
The mouth is ample with structured tannins which give this cuvée a remarkable balance.
