The incidence stagnates in Spain at 430 points and Health registers 19,849 cases and 58 deaths

The decrease in the accumulated incidence that Spain has been registering since late January it has stagnated at 430 points (0.40 more than this Thursday). After the uptick in coronavirus infections and hospitalizations that the sixth wave represented, most of the autonomous communities have entered into a stabilization or plateau phase.

This decision has led the Ministry of Health and the autonomous communities to adopt a new covid-19 surveillance system that will limit the individual control of cases to serious ones and the monitoring of outbreaks to those that occur in vulnerable environments, in risk of social exclusion and in other areas considered of interest
