Hello everyone !

Welcome to this new live from the editorial staff of “20 Minutes”, mobilized 24 hours a day. While therussian invasion enters its third week, talks will for the first time be held at the highest level, with a meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his counterpart Dmytro Kuleba in Turkey around 10:00 a.m. (8:00 a.m. Paris time). On the ground, Volodymyr Zelensky denounced a “war crime” following the bombardment of a pediatric hospital by Moscow in Mariupol, but 35,000 civilians were however able to be evacuated by three humanitarian corridors in other cities. In theory, six other corridors should be open this Thursday, as the Russian army continues to encircle Kiev.
