Al-Marsad newspaper: Citizen Hani Al-Samti, who suffered from a wrong diagnosis, revealed that his life was destroyed; And losing his job, the medical center, following discovering the doctor’s mistake, offered him a job for 25 years and one million riyals in exchange for giving up the case.
Al-Samti explained, during his meeting on the Ya Hala program on the Gulf Rotana channel, that he went to a veteran lawyer in Jeddah, to take his opinion and consult him, and explained to him the legal situation in his crisis, and explained to him that the founder of the center caused the diagnosis of a wrong disease. He may not be aware of his problem, and asked him to go to him so that a settlement can be made with them.
He pointed out that he had already gone and met the lawyer of the center, and offered him a job for 25 years until he retired with the salary of the bank in which he was working, in addition to one million riyals in exchange for giving up the case.
He stated that at first he agreed to the settlement and accepted the amount offered to him and the job, but following the lawyer asked him for all the complete case papers and reports, he refused as recommended by his lawyer.
He indicated that he asked them to go to a government platform called “Tadawy for Reconciliation,” explaining: “The Ministry of Justice intervenes in it and approves the settlement, and this issue is considered an executive predecessor between me and them, but they did not agree.”
