Users noticed that on Saturday evening online Elden Ring amounted to 953 thousand players. Although on the release weekend a week ago there were 891 thousand.
It’s extremely rare for a game to break its own record for online play set on its opening weekend.
But that is not all. The game managed to take the 6th place for the record number of online players in the overall Steam top.
The game is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series S|X. On Steam, the project has 83% positive reviews.
