The Kings eat a whole one!

It is the case to say it, the Bruins made short work of the poor Kings.

It only took a minute in the first half before Jake DeBrusk hit the back of the net. From that moment on, the Bruins never looked back.

Brendan Lemieux tried to wake up his people at the end of the first when it was 2-0 by engaging in a furious fight with Trent Frederic, but in vain. Final mark, Boston 7, Los Angeles 0.

DeBrusk is also the one who scored the first three goals of the game. It was the first hat trick of his career, and the performance brings his tally to 14 in 2021-22.

Patrice Bergeron had a good game with 1 goal and 2 assists, as did his linemate Brad Marchand who collected 2 assists. It should be remembered that DeBrusk recently had the chance to play with these two inseparable, Bruce Cassidy preferring to pair David Pastrnak at Taylor Hall and Erik Haula on the second unit.

For Jeremy Swayman, it is a second shutout this season, he who achieves the feat with 34 saves.
