Twitter has given all users of its digital platform access to a new content warning feature.
The new feature, which was tested last year, allows users to hide or blur certain photos and videos and add a “content warning” to them.

In the past, Twitter has included a way to add content warnings to tweets, but the only way to do that is to add a disclaimer to all tweets, meaning that every photo or video posted will include a content warning, regardless of whether it contains sensitive material. or not. But the new feature allows adding a warning to specific tweets and applying specific categories to that warning.
To add content warnings to posts, you must first add an image or video, then start editing it and press the “flag icon” that will display a list of available warnings to choose the appropriate category between “nude, violent or sensitive content.” “
The user can also choose more than one warning for an image, and he can also add a warning to an image or video clip without the other.
Once the content is posted, the image or video will appear blurry or blurry and will appear with a content warning explaining why it was reported.
Users can click disclaimer if they want to view the content.
