The Agouza area witnessed one of the heinous honor killings of a woman in her thirties at the hands of her husband, 4 years following their marriage and their move to live together in Giza.
In a new episode of “Blood in the Nest of Marriage”, which “Masrawy” deals with from the reality of official investigations and various sources, we tell the details of the murder of a housewife at the hands of her husband following long-running disputes between them, which ended with the wife’s death.
Inside an apartment located on Majdi Tantawi Street, off the White Road Street, Ard al-Lewa, which belongs to the Agouza neighborhood, was the scene of the crime that the husband committed once morest his second wife, following he had been tempted by her for many years in order to agree to marry him.
Four years ago, a forty-year-old driver proposed to marry Sarah M., a young woman in her thirties, divorced and a few years younger than him, to be his second wife, as he is married and has children, and indeed what he wanted was achieved.
From the early days of marriage, the story of the couple began with alcohol and drugs. The husband was a greedy for narcotics, and the wife loved alcohol.
A few months following their marriage, the wife followed the path of Satan and began to satisfy her desires, due to the long absence of the husband from his first wife and children.
Years passed without the husband knowing what the wife was doing, until he began to form her behavior little by little, and here he began to follow her and monitor her actions, until he learned that his wife had entered into an illegal romantic relationship with a security member in a hospital where she worked for a while as a nurse.
The husband did not wait long and began to confront the wife who denied and a quarrel broke out between them, following which a group of parents entered to resolve the conflict and persuade the wife to leave the hospital.
A few months passed inside her house, following which the wife began a new relationship with a driver, and for that she bought a mobile phone without her husband’s knowledge and hid it at home, so that she might call her new boyfriend.
On the evening of the incident, the husband came unscheduled and the wife began to bring herself alcohol, rivets and narcotics for her husband. Then the husband got into the apartment and noticed a mobile phone hidden in one of the places.
The wife confronted his second wife, “Who is this phone for? You took your meals to talk to whom?” The husband did not take long until he opened the phone and found a sexual “chat” between his wife and a person.
Here, the husband’s questions were not accepted by the wife, especially the two under the influence of drugs – tablets and alcohol – and the matter developed into a quarrel during which the accused assaulted his wife by beating him using bottles of liquor “breaking the bottles on her brain”.
The accused was not satisfied with that, so he ended what he had started by stabbing his wife’s body with sporadic stab wounds to the body with a bottle, so that her lifeless body fell into a pool of blood.
“Porn chat between her and her boyfriend” is a text conversation on WhatsApp, and they exchanged explicit pictures and sexual words. With these words, the husband admitted to the detectives that he had committed his crime, following his arrest.
The husband confirmed in the police report, “I married her because there were disagreements with my first wife, and I stayed with her for 4 years without problems, and she was not left behind, and we were living normally until I discovered her infidelity.”
The accused explained the details of his crime during the prosecution’s investigations, claiming that he did not plan to kill his wife and that he carried out the crime by chance following discovering her illegal relationship with her boyfriend.
The Public Prosecution Office in North Giza ordered the driver to be imprisoned pending investigations, accusing him of killing his wife following dismembering her entire body.
