39% of citizens who consulted line 101 come from the Lima and Callao regions, followed by Cajamarca, Piura and Loreto with 6% each, La Libertad 5%, among others.

The social line 101 is open from Monday to Sunday (including holidays) from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm In this way, it seeks to guarantee timely, transparent and secure information on the subsidy, through 454 operators, also made up of staff Quechua-speaker who attends to the population, which requires it, in their native or native language.
Since the start of the subsidy, between September 2021 and February 2022, 52.1% of the consultations were made by women and 47.9% by men.
