On February 24, Ms. Ratchada Thanadirek, Deputy Spokesperson for the Prime Minister’s Office revealed that Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha, Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Concerned regarding Thai people living in Ukraine The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported that has already set up an evacuation plan for Thai people In the event of an emergency, a chartered aircraft will be used. But if the airspace is closed, a car will be arranged to pick up Thai people across the border to Poland.

Ms. Ratchada said that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has periodically reported on the situation in Ukraine. for the Prime Minister to be closely aware of the situation With concern for the Thai people who are in Ukraine at the Royal Thai Embassy in Warsaw, Poland have communicated with Thai people continuously in order to be prepared to resolve the situation in a timely manner if necessary; Plans are now set to use chartered planes to directly evacuate Thais from Ukraine. in the case of closed airspace will migrate Thai people to come together to travel across the border by car to Warsaw Poland to board a chartered plane back to Thailand and the last case is Thai authorities will arrange charter planes to pick up Thai people in Ukraine or Warsaw, which Thai Airways and the Air Force have already prepared
