At least five homes in the Colombian sector of La Parada, in the border town of Villa del Rosario, Cúcuta, woke up this Wednesday with graffiti from the National Liberation Army (ELN) once morest the Venezuelan criminal gang the Aragua Train.

The guerrilla group maintains an armed strike in regions of Colombia, including the border areas with Venezuela. What has the population in anxiety before the threat of explosives on the roads, as well as the detonation of devices in public places and recurrent shootings.
Road sections were obstructed due to the presence of explosive briefcases.
On the Cúcuta-Zulia road, anti-explosive agents came to detonate a briefcase in a controlled manner. However, some houses were affected in the El Chaparral sector.
In addition, the attacks with explosives have left at least five people injured and a dead explosive dog.
In another incident, the guerrillas partially destroyed a bridge in the department of Cesar.
The ELN threatened on Monday with a 72-hour armed strike throughout Colombia, once morest what it called “the bad government of Iván Duque.”
The strike began this Wednesday at 6:00 am (local time) and will end on Saturday the 26th at the same time.
