MLB Josh Hamilton pleaded guilty to assaulting his daughter

The former player of the Big leagues and possibly one of the best batsmen of the moment, Josh Hamiltonpleaded guilty to charges once morest him of assault on his youngest daughter.

Exactly in April 2020 Josh Hamilton was accused of child abuse following allegedly beating his daughter in the legs and back, throwing different objects on her body with bad intentions.

Today a judge made a decision to put him on probation for one year with the following conditions:

  • A $500 fine.
  • Attend anger management and parenting counseling classes.
  • Complete 20 hours of community service.
  • If you comply with everything 100%, said case will be deleted from your history.
  • A whole year away from his daughter.
  • You cannot consume alcohol.
  • You will be given drug tests from time to time via urine.

Josh Hamilton had a few words regarding it:

“This situation has been a nightmare, to put it mildly. My mom has taught me to forgive and love well, set limits and pray for those who hurt us, but it’s not always easy. I hope for everyone’s sake that she gets the help she needs.” Hamilton said.
