From 3000 euros in 2021, to “4000 euros minimum, 4400 on average”. This Wednesday on Franceinfo, the general manager of Stellantis Carlos Tavares detailed the profit-sharing bonus and minimum participation that “those with the lowest salaries” of the company will receive.
“Our French employees, in particular those with the lowest salaries, up to two and a half times the minimum wage, will receive a profit-sharing of at least 4,000 euros, on average 4,400 euros”, thus announced the boss of the group, while the automotive is facing sales cuts and heavy investment as it transitions to electric.
