Football: a complaint against Théo Hernandez after the attack on his pit bull

After Kurt Zouma’s cat, Théo Hernandez’s pit bull. Even if the two cases have nothing similar, the French internationals definitely have concerns with the animal cause at the moment. Unlike Zouma, Théo Hernandez, was not guilty of violence once morest an animal, but his pit bull yes. According to the daily Provincia di Como, the AC Milan defender’s pit bull bit to death the little dog of a couple of two elderly people, a 74-year-old woman and her 80-year-old husband.

The scene took place on Friday in the municipality of Guanzate, in the province of Como. The pit bull escaped from the villa where the Hernandez family lives when the gate was opened for an employee’s car to exit. In the street, he attacked “Millo”, a 7-year-old pinscher, who was held on a leash by his mistress then threw himself on her, knocking her to the ground, before biting her jacket. She managed to get up, tried to put her dog on a car but the pit bull once more pounced on the pinscher and bit him to death.

“My uncle and aunt are still very scared”, says Patrizia Gini, the couple’s niece. The old lady, in shock, had to be hospitalized. In search of witnesses, the niece has already announced that a complaint once morest the AC Milan defender will be filed. Théo Hernandez and his companion might thus be prosecuted for negligence. They too would be shocked by this case.
