In an interview for ‘The Sunday Times Style’ magazine, the ‘Friends’ actress, who is 57, reflected on how her continued use of treatments such as Botox injections led her to have the looks ‘really strange’.
“There’s a moment when you’re like, ‘Oh, I’m changing. I look older. And I tried to run following this (youth) for years,” said the actress. But, she says, she didn’t understand when in fact she was ‘looking really weird with injections and doing things to (her) face’ that she would never do now.
“It’s just crazy”
Courteney Cox explained that she knew she had to stop the injections when she heard others commenting on her appearance. “There was a period when I said to myself: I have to stop. It’s just crazy,” commented the actress and producer.
In 2017, Courteney Cox shared that she had all of her facial filler dissolved following admitting it didn’t look like herself anymore. “So now I just accept who I am and grow old with what God gave me, not what I was trying to change,” she said in an interview with “People” in 2019.
