Three quarters of February has already been done and we must already prepare ourselves mentally for the launch of the highly anticipated Elden Ring as we are barely recovering from the slap provided by Horizon: Forbidden West. While everyone is feverishly awaiting the date of February 25, Bandai Namco has finally revealed the release time of FromSoftware’s next game.

For the second half of this month of February, the message was clear: one week, one AAA. Many players are roaming the lands of the Prohibited West of the last part of the saga Horizonwhile keeping the next title from the creators of the huge series of Dark Souls in a corner of their head. To this end, to help everyone plan the next game sessions as best they can, Bandai Namco has finally revealed the time at which the game will be launched in our European countries.
To do this the right way, a complete map of the different continents has been put online today. And what interests us, in this case, is to know at what time it will be possible to launch the title. The answer might not be simpler: whether on PC or on consoles, the time will be the same for everyone!
Elden Ring Launch Time:
- PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 : available from midnight February 25
- Xbox One, Xbox Series : available from midnight February 25
- PC : available from midnight February 25
Be careful, however, if you are used to hanging out on the Internet, and even on Twitch, and you do not want to be spoiled because, due to the time difference in some countries, the game will be available several hours in advance.. For example, on the west coast of the United States and even New Zealand where the game will be available the equivalent of our Thursday noon!
Preloading, ideal for saving time!
When you play, every minute counts and the publishers know it very well, which is why they have allowed various manufacturers to offer the means for players to preload the game. On the Microsoft side, it has already been available for a few days on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. However, players are advised to put the date of February 23 in the back of their minds if they plan to play on PC Or on PS5/PS4 : Steam and PlayStation only opening access to preloading 48 hours in advance!
As a reminder, Elden Ring is the new creation of the FromSoftware studio, the Japanese company behind the series of Dark Souls and the game Bloodborne. Again this morning, a six-minute long trailer reviewed all the different elements of the game (story, open world, classes) to have in mind before starting in the epic adventure concocted by the teams of Hidetaka Miyazaki and to discover the lore imagined by George RR Martin, the writer behind the literary franchise “Game of Thrones”. Its release is expected on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4 and Xbox One on February 25.
