The rescue boat then rushed to the evacuation of the 278 passengers and crew. At least 10 people were hospitalized for minor injuries or shortness of breath.
Greece’s coast guard said the ship had 239 passengers, most of them Italians. and 51 other crew members, both Greeks and Italians, were included.
