DUBAI, 18th February / WAM / The value of real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department during the current week amounted to more than 4.5 billion dirhams, as the department witnessed the registration of 1,689 sales with a value of 3.57 billion dirhams, including 252 sales of land with a value of 1.1 billion dirhams and 1,437 sales of apartments and villas with a value of 2.47 billion dirhams. dirhams.

The most important land pledges of 60 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, followed by a pledge of 39 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, followed by a pledge of 33 million dirhams in the gardens of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid.

Al Habiyah Fifth District topped the regions in terms of the number of pledges, with 90 pledges worth 202 million dirhams, followed by Jebel Ali First area with 57 pledges of 141 million dirhams, and third in Al Habiyah Fourth, with 39 pledges worth 332 million dirhams.

With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a pledge of 126 million dirhams in the Dubai Marina area came as the most important pledge, followed by a pledge of 41 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area, and finally a pledge of 36 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah area.

Al-Markadh region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 307 sales, with a value of 246 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina, with 135 sales, with a value of 500 million dirhams, and a third in Business Bay, with 109 sales, with a value of 153 million dirhams.

Mortgages recorded a value of 955.1 million dirhams, including 48 mortgages of land with a value of 294.56 million dirhams and 305 mortgages of villas and apartments with a value of 660.54 million dirhams.

As for the donations, 56 donations worth 54.07 million dirhams were registered, the most important of which were in Wadi Al Safa 3 with a value of 10 million dirhams, and another in the Palm Jumeirah area with a value of 9 million dirhams.
