Sony launches uniquely designed headphones

Sony has announced new headphones called LinkBuds, and they come with a unique and distinctive design, Mac Rumors said.

The headphones feature a hole in them, as they are designed in the form of a donut, and are placed in the ear, and there are no silicone tips, and they are designed to be placed inside the ear.

The hole in the headset allows users to listen to music while still being able to hear what’s going on around them, similar to other headphone products such as sunglasses with audio equipment options and bone-by-bone sound.

And since LinkBuds don’t block ambient sound, they’re ideal for situations where listeners might need to hear what’s going on around them when they’re walking on the street, jogging, biking, or riding public transportation.

Sony describes the headphones as being very small, light and able to stay in the ears. The headphones are IPX4 water- and sweat-resistant, and have adaptive volume control that adjusts the music to the sound of the surrounding environment.

The headphones’ battery lasts for 5.5 hours, and the charging case provides 17.5 hours of listening in total. The headphones are available in black and white and can be purchased on Amazon for $178.
