Norway won the Beijing 2022 biathlon men’s relay on Tuesday, offering Johannes Boe his third title since the start of the Winter Games.

The team from the Scandinavian country led France by 27 seconds and 4 tenths, whose leader Quentin Fillon Maillet won his fifth medal in as many events, and Russia, which competes under a neutral flag, by 45 seconds and 3 tenths.

Boe, who had already won in the mixed relay and in the sprint, has totaled four medals since the beginning of the fortnight in Beijing, since in addition to his three golds, he won a bronze in the individual event.

But the Norwegian is not the biathlete with the most medals at these Games, an honorary title that goes to Quentin Fillon Maillet.

The Frenchman achieved his fifth podium in as many races, with two titles (individual and pursuit) and three silver medals (mixed relay, sprint, men’s relay).
