The National Program for Combating Commercial Cover-up confirmed that there will be no extension of the corrective period for violators of the anti-cover-up system, the remaining two days of which are only, and it ends at the end of Wednesday, Rajab 15, 1443 AH.
The program urged all violators of the system to correct their conditions, especially establishments with annual revenues of “two million riyals”, and to take advantage of the advantages of the corrective period, and to avoid the application of deterrent statutory penalties up to 5 years imprisonment and a fine of 5 million riyals.
The Anti-Concealment Program also confirmed the continuation of receiving correction requests until the end of the period, through the Ministry of Commerce website: mc.gov.sa, where violators can benefit from the correction options specified in the Regulation for Correcting Status, which are: (The partnership in the facility is between Saudi and non-Saudi Registration of the facility in the name of a non-Saudi, the Saudi continuing to practice the activity by entering a new partner in the facility, the Saudi’s disposal of the facility, the non-Saudi’s obtaining the premium residency, the non-Saudi leaving the Kingdom).
