Ivory Coast: 1081 tons of equipment transported by Bolloré for the construction of the CIPREL 5 power plant

From February 10 to 12, 2022, 1,081 tonnes of material were sent to Côte d’Ivoire for the construction of the thermal power station CIPREL 5.

All of the logistics for this major delivery, which includes 5 electrical transformers, 2 reactors and various electrical equipment, was handled by Bolloré Transport & Logistics Côte d’Ivoire.

This equipment, consisting of 3 autotransformers of 175 tons, 2 transformers of 80 tons, 2 reactors of 53 tons and various electrical equipment of 290 tons, is intended for the construction of 2 transformer stations for the transport of electrical energy produced on site CIPREL 5 of Jacquevilletowards the industrial zone ofAkoupé-Zeudji.

KOACI learns that to carry out this operation in the best conditions, the Bolloré Transport & Logistics teams have deployed innovative logistics solutions adapted to the reception and handling of electrical equipment from Europe at the port of Abidjan. .
