The sneakers are trendy and impose themselves on the asphalt. By dint of wearing them they get damaged, but now there are 250 specialized shops in France to maintain and renovate them.

Sneakers are all over the street. Yesterday’s sneakers and today’s sneakers are making their way. Colourful, shiny or sporty, there’s something for every style, but the more you wear them, the more they get damaged and dirty. Sneaker enthusiasts are turning to shoemakers of a new kind. In a workshop that has been open for a year in Levallois-Perret (Haut-de-Seine), we give new life to damaged sneakers.

For a refurbishment of a pair of sneakers, it takes 125 euros, a price below the purchase price. For customers, repairing their sneakers is not only of financial interest. It is also a way to consume better. Faced with growing demand, some pressings traditional expand their offer and now deal with sneakers. And for those who love a change, there’s the option of customizing old sneakers to give them a fresh new look.
