IND vs WI: Celebrity and Siraj with explosives; India sweep ODI series against West Indies

Ahmedabad: India swept the ODI series once morest the West Indies. West Indies were bowled out for 169 in 37.1 overs for the loss of 266 runs in the third ODI. Mohammad Siraj and Prasidh Krishna, who took three wickets each, were instrumental in smashing the Windies. Deepak Chahar and Kuldeep Yadav took two wickets each. Earlier, Shreyas Iyer (80) and Rishabh Pant (56) were the main contributors. At the tail end, Deepak Chahar (38) and Washington Sunder (33) put on 250 runs for the second wicket. Jason Holder took four wickets for the Windies. India had earlier won the three-match ODI series.

Chahar started

Mohammad Siraj took the first wicket for the Windies. Siraj trapped Shy Hop in front of the wicket. He had only 19 runs on the scoreboard then. Deepak Chahar took two wickets in the fifth over. Brendon King (14) was handed over to Chahar Suryakumar Yadav. Chahar took two wickets, sending Shamara Brooks into Shreyas’ hands.

Kuldeep, Prasidh and Siraj were ousted
