The Phillies 76ers they have acquired James Harden from the Brooklyn Nets in a blockbuster that has seen Ben Simmons go the other way along with Seth Curry, Andre Drummond and draft picks in the NBA.
The Sixers are sending the Nets an unprotected 2022 first-round pick and a protected 2027 first-round pick, sources told ESPN.

This possibility has been brewing for weeks, but it wasn’t clear if the Sixers would be willing to part with more role players besides Simmons, who hasn’t played all season due to mental health issues.
As for Harden, he expressed dissatisfaction with the Nets organization amid their struggles and was very interested in a trade with Philadelphia, but the veteran was hesitant to ask Brooklyn because he didn’t want to face backlash for leaving another team.
