As a preamble to his speech, the video that the singer had posted on his social networks to announce his fight is broadcast. He returned to the reason for this publication. “I made a message on the network because I still canceled (my tour), (…) so I wanted to speak directly and clearly to people, and it’s true that it is a valid reason” to cancel, confided Florent Pagny, assuring to go “very well”. “I discovered it (cancer, editor’s note) very early on, I’m at degree 1, it’s something I’ve had for 3 to 6 months, I only have one tumor, no metastasis. It’s true that we cannot operate because the tumor divides very quickly, but today real very good treatments exist. (..) I only take the good side of things” continues the singer.

Florent Pagny also claimed to have “started chemo and it’s going pretty well”. On the other hand, he confided that he did not know if he might continue to coach his team on the show The Voice in May, during the live broadcasts. “I don’t know if I’ll be live in May. The first chemo is going well, but (it won’t) perhaps be the case in May”.
