In details, the supervision prosecution received a complaint from the father of one of the detainees, which included his complaint that the University folded the registration of his son arrested in a criminal case, for failing to attend the tests .the supervision prosecution immediately examined the complaint and subsequently addressed the university to consider enabling the detainee to complete his university studies.

An official source at the Public Prosecution confirmed that education is one of the statutory rights guaranteed by the regulations and instructions for detainees and prisoners in the kingdom, according to advanced educational practices carried out in the kingdom’s prisons, in cooperation with the Ministry of education in its general and university departments, in addition to rehabilitation and training, which is carried out in accordance with high professional practices.
