Turki Al-Hamad:” leadership trap ” in which Abdel Nasser, Saddam and Gaddafi fell

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (.) – Saudi writer and political analyst Turki al-Hamad said that what he called a”leadership trap” fell into a lot of leaders who “started their vows as reformers, then became infected with the germ of leadership, and the search for leadership and brought with it tyranny, tyranny, repression and the dissipation of national wealth”.

Turki Al-Hamad added on his Twitter account: “the leadership trap: during the years before World War II (1933-1939), Adolf Hitler achieved in a few years a real economic miracle in Germany, following it was plagued by unemployment, inflation and economic stagnation, at a time when America and Europe were suffering. But Hitler’s ambition to achieve the Third Reich ultimately brought him down and destroyed Germany”.

He continued:”this is what I call the leadership trap, in which many leaders who began their vows as reformers, then infected with the germ of leadership, and the search for leadership brings with it tyranny, tyranny, oppression and the dissipation of national wealth.

“In our Arab world there are many, many leaders who have fallen into this trap, such as Muhammad Ali Pasha, Abdul Nasser, Saddam, Gaddafi and others,”he said.

“The actual leadership is not looking for, but imposes itself through the national achievement that makes the state a model of success, so this model is followed by other countries, without wars, conspiracies or imposing a Will, making the model is the way to real leadership,”he said.
