A 31-year-old man arrested on suspicion of injury hit the head of a 31-year-old mother following overtaking a mother and child on the sidewalk of Matsudasoryo, Matsuda-cho on the followingnoon of the 6th, and kicked the face of his 6-year-old son. There is a suspicion that he was injured.
The man said that he assaulted the mother and child on the sidewalk by saying “I’m in the way, I’m out” from behind, and following overtaking, saying “I’m saying it’s in the way”.
The man appeared one and a half hours later and was arrested, and he said he had a history of going to the hospital because of mental trouble.
