Chris Paul, his frank truths about his injury during the last Playoffs

Authors of a superb course, the Phoenix Suns failed in the NBA Finals once morest the Milwaukee Bucks last year. On this Playoffs campaign, Chris Paul obviously played a key role for his team.

And yet, the 36-year-old suffered a serious shoulder injury. From the first round of the Playoffs once morest the Los Angeles Lakers, the boss of the Suns was greatly diminished. During JJ Redick’s podcast, CP3 even made a revelation: for 2 matches, he mightn’t even shoot.

“You know, I’ve had some pretty crazy injuries. But this one is probably the craziest because dribbling is what I do. But there, I was dribbling, but the ball wasn’t going up. Frankly, that was the scariest thing for me, I was dribbling and wondering why I was losing the ball.

On game 2, I was on the field. But I don’t even know why the Lakers were defending on me. I mightn’t shoot. On the field, I simulated absolutely everything. I mightn’t take a single shot. I felt unable to lift my arm,” confessed Chris Paul.

Subsequently, Chris Paul regained his feelings. And his awakening was instrumental in allowing the Suns to eliminate the Lakers. Then, he was still admirable despite the failure once morest the Bucks.
