Okaz sources stated that the files remained for more than 9 months without being stored in the records department or archiving them, despite the fact that the director of the hospital program was informed of the matter more than once, in addition to the Taif Health Committee standing on this, but the matter remained the same for more For 9 months without investigation, the hospital was forced to store files in a warehouse for emergency medical equipment, which caused a delay in responding to a number of official authorities requesting statements for some accidents and cases, which remained pending for months. While “Okaz” sent its inquiry to the Taif Health spokesman regarding the case since last Thursday and addressed the Specialist Department to respond, it did not receive any response until the moment of preparing the report. The newspaper maintains official letters addressed to the health of Taif from government agencies complaining regarding the delay in files at King Abdulaziz Specialist Hospital, and asking them to quickly submit files and medical reports for the injured or the deceased.
