The individual was shot in the back, particularly in the spine. “The victim, aged 55 and of Albanian nationality, will remain quadriplegic following his injuries”, says the federal police.
“The victim regularly frequented the Place de la Vaillance in Anderlecht and the Chaussée de Waterloo in Saint-Gilles. All these people were traveling in a dark-colored vehicle registered in Germany and was escorted by another red vehicle. “
A composite portrait of one of the two individuals was made. He is between 30 and 35 years old, regarding 1.80 meters tall, has dark hair and a beard.
