തWhat if you build a house under the roof? Will there be a house like that? No doubt, there is such a house. Fritz Shawl, an Austrian native, has come up with a house that has turned the world upside down with the expansion of Kovid.
Shawl’s inverted house is in Guatevita, Colombia. The house is designed not only from the front but also from the inside. Instead of walking on the floor, you can walk on the ceiling. The position of the furniture in the house is upside down. That is, the position of the furniture, including the sofa, bed, and chair, will be above our heads as we walk through the ceiling.
Fritz Shawl is a great designer. Shall said that when he first came up with the idea of building a head-turning house, no one believed him and even questioned whether he was crazy. During a trip to Austria with his grandchildren in 2015, he saw the upside-down house and thought he wanted to build one.
In any case, visitors commented that the upside-down house was an interesting experience amidst the mental tensions created by Kovid. Shawl said special arrangements have been made for them as the number of visitors increases. Shawl’s ‘upside down’ house is now going viral on social media, along with funny pictures of upside-down walking and upside-down practice performances.
The first upside-down house was built in 2007 by European architect Daniel Sapiveski. It was in Simbark, Poland. Later, similar houses were built in other countries, including Austria and Russia.
