Already own Uncharted 4 and/or Uncharted The Lost Legacy on PS4?
You will be able to update your PS4 game on PS5 for only 10€. For this, you must meet a few conditions. First, you must own Uncharted 4 and/or Uncharted The Lost Legacy in physical or digital version and install the game(s) on your PS5 Standard. Once the upgrade is done, you will have to keep your games on PS4 because you will still need the original games to play the PS5 versions.
If you’re on PS5 Digital Edition, it’s the same process. On the other hand, if you have the PS4 games in physics, you will have to go back to checkout.
Finally, if you got Uncharted 4 for free via the PS Plus offer, the $10 upgrade won’t work.
