Harman International’s AKG brand launches the high-resolution dual pattern microphone AKG ARA aimed at creators.
AKG Ara provides a dual pattern mode, so you can easily capture the sound in the desired direction according to your needs. Two modes, ‘Front’ and ‘Front & Back’, can be selected through the knob located on the front panel of the microphone.
‘Front Mode’ is a function that minimizes unnecessary sounds around you by focusing on the voice and sound on the front of the microphone. Ideal for personal broadcast streaming, presentations, podcasts, and vocalists. The ‘Front & Back’ mode concentrates on the voices and sounds of the front and rear microphones, so you can capture various sounds without missing out on indoor performances or group interviews with multiple people.
AKG Ara is a PLUG & PLAY function through USB-C connection, so it can be used conveniently on various devices such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones without additional installation. It is seamlessly compatible with multiple operating systems including Mac, Windows, iOS, and Android.
On the front panel of the microphone, an LED indicator to check the mute status of the microphone at a glance, a headphone volume control knob, and a dual pattern mode knob are intuitively arranged for easy control.
