The Nile Flood Forecasting Center, which stems from the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation, announced the rainfall maps for the governorates of Egypt for a period of 3 days.
The days of forecasting rain included Sunday, January 23, Monday, January 24, and Tuesday, January 25.
The center’s expectations were as follows:
Sunday January 23
– Areas of the northwestern coasts and the coasts of the Delta are subjected to moderate rainfall that may reach 10 mm, and areas of the northern Lower Egypt and North Sinai governorates are subjected to light rainfall of 1 to 5 mm.
Monday 24 January
– Areas of the northern coasts, the northern Lower Egypt governorates, and North Sinai are subject to light rainfall ranging from 1 to 5 mm.
Tuesday January 25
– Areas of the northwestern coasts are subject to moderate rainfall that may reach 10 mm, and areas of the coasts of the Delta are subject to light rainfall ranging from 1 to 5 mm.
