Since the announcement of the actor’s death, tributes and marks of support for his family have been pouring into the web. This Thursday, the French satirical newspaper Charlie Hebdo also paid tribute to the young prodigy of French cinema, through drawings that obviously did not please everyone.
The designer Biche has signed three sketches, among which we can see a coffin hurtling down the slopes or a skull replacing the face of the Snow Queen who sings “Liberated, delivered, I will never ski once more”.
While some Internet users have praised the audacity of the newspaper, others have deplored a certain bad taste. “You are filthy“, criticizes for example a user of Twitter. “I’m ashamed to have ever defended your cause“, regrets another internet user.
Some columnists from the program “Touche Pas à Mon Poste” also reacted vigorously to these satirical cartoons. “There is a right to caricature, but I find that appalling. The next day in addition, it shocks me enormously, it’s terrible“, was particularly offended the host Benjamin Castaldi.
