Consultant Psychiatrist and Addiction Dr. Muhammad Al-Maqhawi advised anyone who suffers from stress or anxiety to follow 3 things to relieve this condition.
Al-Maqhawi said that one of the ideas that help relieve stress and anxiety is to reduce preoccupation with others and not pay attention to their words, actions or reactions.
He added that he also advises those who wish to relieve stress and anxiety, preoccupation and self-interest, such as exercising, hobbies, sleeping and eating, as well as giving oneself a space of rest and satisfying the need for fun and entertainment.
Some ideas that help relieve stress and anxiety include:
1. Decrease your preoccupation with others (their words, actions, reactions)
