Last weekend, a rather controversial incident took place in a metro station in Brussels, Belgium, where A man was caught pushing a female passenger onto the train tracks. when it was regarding to pass. The victim was miraculously saved, as the driver braked in time.
According to what The Brussels Times reported, the incident occurred at the station called De Brouckère, around 7:00 p.m. and when there were a large number of people.
Most of the passengers thought the worst following the woman was thrown towards the place. However, and fortunately, the train driver managed to activate the emergency brake.
Due to this, the victim managed to leave the scene unharmed, being helped by workers.

“The driver reacted very well, but he is very shaken, as is the victim,” detailed from the Brussels Metro.
The subject who perpetrated that attack escaped from the station, but was captured by the police shortly. He is currently detained.
“Thanks to the distribution of the images of the suspect within the police services, he was intercepted a few minutes later while he was at the De Brouckère metro station,” the authorities said.
A statement also indicated that he was placed under psychiatric observation to monitor his mental health status.
